Celebrate!
Here's the best part of
the loan process. When we receive your
documents we'll merge that information with
your appraisal, title commitment, survey,
and insurance. Then we'll submit to the
underwriter for final approval and closing.
Once the underwriter grants final approval,
we can prepare your loan package for
closing. We'll help schedule a time that's
best for you to sign your loan documents.
After signing, your loan proceeds are wired
to your closing agent who will record your
deed and mortgage. Then your transaction is
closed. Then celebrate! |
